CARBIDE CA's customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Please fill and email the Return Authorization Form (RAF) to admin@carbide.ca. Your RAF will be processed within 5 business days, and emailed back to you with an approved RAF number added to the form. Returns will no longer be accepted without prior agreement and a Return Authorization number issued by CARBIDE.CA
Every product you buy from CARBIDE.CA is backed by the product manufacturer's warranty. CARBIDE.CA will accept qualified and conforming products for returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will then be honored less shipping, handling, and transaction fees. Returned products must be in new condition, and undamaged from any signs of defects and workmanship. We reserve the right to decline a return or charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns. Products returned that are opened and claimed to be in new condition by the customer are subject to manufacturer inspection. Fees may be incurred during this inspection.
